As the name expresses this is a Dill flavoured jerky! (c’mon, it’s a perfect name, right!?) Yeah, we’re a tad crazy (ok, a lot) for unique tastes in our beef jerky.
This is certainly no exception! There’s that wonderful taste of Dill in just the right amount giving this jerky a truly fresh taste that your tongue says “give me more!”
There are chillies added to give it a touch of warmth in your mouth. This hit the ground running when we released it late may. First event we had it available for sale it sold out!

Perfectly Peppered
A fan fav this fun tongue friendly jerky has 3 cracked peppercorns and a mix of spices. It has a heat forward sensation.
If you prefer beef jerky with a touch of heat but not too much give this a try. We think you’ll be back for more!
Awesome Original
This is our version of a classic beef jerky. Yet, as you’ll find out, it doesn’t taste like other “traditional” classic jerky!
For the Awesome Original flavour it’s not as much about what’s in it but how it’s made.
Like all our jerky it’s cures in a marinate for up to 3 days. Then it’s placed in the smoker and rotated by hand multiple times over several hours.
The result? A truly classic, smoky jerky that you can tear with your hands. A pleasant chew that lets you enjoy the experience of the way jerky was meant to taste….
Big & Bold Sweet & Spicy Bourbon
A best seller. This is a bold, big and bucking bull styled jerky in all its glory!
A sweet, tanginess to start with a splash of bourbon visiting your tongue. Then, like a time delayed heat capsule, the warmth of the chillies release and tease your tongue.
The heat lingers more as you chew and finishes with the perfect balance of sweet & spicy sensations in your mouth.
And as always each bite has that excellent tender chew of the thick cut Alberta beef we use.

Tropical Fusion
This flavour is like taking your mouth on a trip to Hawaii but with the cost of the flight!
Pineapple, touch of tasted coconut some fresh ginger and a host of spices make this jerky decidedly sweet. The texture is definitely the most tender of any jerky we make.
It’s sweet like a Teriyaki but, we believe, a far better taste than boring teriyaki! Ok, maybe we have a thing about teriyaki. If we’re making a jerky flavour it MUST be original and unique!
People tell us this is an insane tasting jerky and are surprised these kinds of ingredients are even in a jerky !

Maple Mustard
There are less people that DON’T like mustard than those that DO!
Say hello to your new friend if you’re one of the many that do! It has maple syrup, 3 different types of mustard and rosemary.
Together they combine to create a smooth, savoury and some say addictive jerky.
The rosemary blends with the mustard and because our jerky is thick cut and on the tender side, the flavours release and last while you bask in the glow of taste-bud delight!
This jerky would not be at all out of place on a charcuterie board with other quality meats. Yes, it’s that good!

This jerky is to die for ! I had some sweet and spicy bourbon along with some peppered. Let me tell you this jerky is made to perfection! I was out on the lake with some friends and had to fight over the last piece.... literally.....Great customer service and fantastic product. can't wait to try another flavour.
